Beaumoor joins B150 Party as First Release Launches

The Beaumoor team joined a number of local organisations from town at the Beaudesert State High to mark the significant milestone, along with the host’s own 60th celebrations.

Hundreds of locals attended, with the Beaumoor tent proving a hit thanks to providing free scoops of its hugely popular bespoke ice-cream created by Tamborine Mountain Gelato Co.

Curated by Beaudesert born MasterChef Australia champion Brent Draper for the launch of the Sales Suite earlier this month, the sweet treats which are a nod to the produce of the Scenic Rim made a return.

Flavours feature local ingredients sourced from Finger Lime Caviar, Those Little Voices, Bee All Natural Honey and Granny Macs with the flavours on offer including Key Lime Caviar Pie with a Short Crust Crumble, Mocha, Burnt Honey and Pistachio and Chocolate Chunk Choc Fudge.

Along with the free ice-cream, locals also got the scoop on Beaumoor’s first stage release which is set to hit the market this coming weekend.

Beaumoor has 22 lots available in its first stage ranging from 450 to 807 square metres to cater for a number of opportunities to suit lifestyle and budget.

Moremac Property Group, developers of Beaumoor, said interest has been strong since the Sales Suite officially opened earlier this month.

“We’ve had a range of interested purchasers drop in or enquire online since we’ve been accepting expressions of interest,” said Julie Edwards from Moremac’s sales team.

“The beauty of Beaumoor is not only the larger than average lot sizes, but the proximity to existing amenities in town, it’s not often you can begin building a new home in an already established area like we are here.”

Beaumoor’s location benefits from Beaudesert CBD being a short walk away, while schools, hospitals and retail are also well within reach.

Beaumoor itself will be developed into a new community with over 35 hectares of public open space and playable parkland, as well as a bike and pedestrian network providing easy access to the Beaudesert locality and surrounding services.

Lots in Beaumoor’s first release start from $270,000, to learn more, visit www.beaumoor.com.au
