Beaumoor, a 250-hectare residential site at 28 Alice Street in Beaudesert developed by Moremac in partnership with IDA, released its first stage to interested buyers who had pre-registered their interest.
After releasing on a Saturday morning, the entire stage had all received deposits with prices ranging from $270k to $350k for lots sized 451sqm to 806sqm.
The opportunity to purchase land to build is seeing interest from as far south of Beaudesert as Sydney, while Queensland’s capital Brisbane and the Gold Coast account for the majority of new landowners.
