Deanside Villagers See the Cinema Under Stars
Residents of Deanside Village, a master planned estate on Neale Road, were treated to an outdoor screening of DC League of Super Pets courtesy of developer Moremac Property Group as they continue to build community connection across their projects.

Held within one of the estate’s parklands, Deanside Villagers received all the creature comforts of a trip to the cinema with free popcorn and ice-cream plus a Vietnamese dinner provided by Melbourne food truck, Nem N’ Nem.
Residents had the opportunity to vote on the movie to be screened with the community electing for the family friendly animation from the DC superhero universe.
In total, just shy of 200 movie-goers enjoyed the free event which Moremac has successfully replicated across their estates in Victoria.
Events like the outdoor cinema have become a trademark of Moremac developments who prioritise creating genuine community connection in their residential estates.
Along with free movies, Moremac also hosted a Christmas festival at Deanside to celebrate the end of the year and provide a perfect chance for residents to meet their neighbours.
“The outdoor cinemas have been a great success across our projects in regards to fostering a real sense of community among new and future neighbours,” said Lachlan Moore, Sales and Marketing Director at Moremac.
“At our past couple of events at Deanside Village we’ve had some great feedback from residents who really appreciate the chance to get to know one another.

Moremac’s community engagement extends beyond the boundary of their projects with the support of local sporting groups, including a major sponsorship of the Burnside Bears Football Club for the upcoming two seasons.
