Kinbrook set for Another Sellout Ahead of Stage Release

Masterplanned community, Kinbrook in Donnybrook is preparing for another fast-paced sellout of their next stage release opening to the public this Saturday 19 March.





Spearheaded by local land developer Moremac in collaboration with builders Porter Davis Homes and Glenvill, Lavender Rain Stage 32B available this weekend consists of 20 land sites from 231 to 527 square metres.
It follows the release of Stage 32A in late February which sold out all 23 lots within one week of launching to the public.
The rapid sale results come off the back of the immense success of the 25 stages released to date which have all sold out within record time.
