Moremac’s expansion follows the successful delivery of five master planned estates in Victoria, with another six currently under development.

Since 2010, Moremac has quietly built a track record of successful projects from boutique infill estates to new large-scale neighbourhoods, and since inception has delivered projects with an end value of approximately $1.6 Billion sold over 5,500 land lots, and has a pipeline with an end value in excess of $2 Billion.

The estates are located in sought after suburbs surrounding Melbourne including Deanside, Clyde North, Cranbourne, Mickleham, Sunbury, Donnybrook and Berwick as well as Curlewis and Point Lonsdale on the Bellarine Peninsula near Geelong.

With an established portfolio of award-winning projects behind them, Moremac is excited to begin operations interstate.

“We’re proud to be growing our team and capabilities to deliver projects across Australia, beginning in Queensland,” said Moremac Director Bryce Moore.

“During our time developing residential development projects in Victoria we’ve built a reputation not only for building long lasting communities, but also delivering results for landowners and investors.

“Our expansion into Queensland is certainly an exciting time and we look forward to introducing the Moremac brand to that market.”

The move comes off the back of a recent acquisition of a 116-hectare site located at 152-280 Grampian Drive, Deebing Heights, in rapidly growing South East Queensland. The site will be developed into a master planned community and will incorporate over 900 homes, a new local town centre, a future primary school, over 40 hectares of public green space, four parks, and an extensive bike and pedestrian network.

“This acquisition bolsters our commitment to the Queensland market while we actively continue to pursue new sites and opportunities across the state,” said Moore.
