Moremac Property Group has been recognised for its expertise in residential development, with Alira at Berwick awarded the 2025 UDIA Victoria Best Residential Subdivision Award, recognising excellence in residential subdivision planning, design, and delivery. This follows last year’s award for The Point at Point Lonsdale, marking two consecutive years of industry recognition for Moremac.
The award recognises Alira’s visionary transformation of nearly 70 hectares once considered flood-affected and undevelopable into a thriving, connected community. Central to the masterplan is a series of wetlands and green corridors - 12.4 hectares of habitat supported by more than 7 kilometres of walking and cycling paths - providing both vital flood resilience and everyday amenity.
