The online portal is a secure platform where customers can access relevant information regarding to the settlement of their new properties within Moremac developments across the country.
Customers will receive unique login details for access to updates throughout their settlement process, ensuring they are informed and up to date throughout their purchasing experience.
Moremac is also adding extra value to new and existing customers by securing exclusive deals and discounts with local businesses specific to each estate.
“Our new portal adds a valuable feature for our customers from a convenience point of view regarding access to important updates,” said Lachlan Moore, Director of Sales and Marketing at Moremac.
“In the past, customers have reached out directly to our sales team for updates, and we’ve effectively streamlined this process by providing all the necessary information directly to them through the online portal.
“The added bonus of the portal is the ability to access exclusive discounts and offers from local businesses surrounding their new home including hospitality, health and wellness outlets as well as businesses specifically relating to moving into a new home.”
Moremac expects to continue to expand the offering of businesses participating in the portal as developments continue to grow throughout Victoria and Queensland.
In addition, future and current residents of Moremac developments will be the first to know about free community events hosted by the developer including movie screenings, family days and seasonal events throughout the year by accessing the portal.
Existing customers will begin to receive login information in the coming weeks from Moremac. New purchasers will be onboarded by sales teams at point of sale.
