Moremac to Carry Momentum into FY23

Following a successful 2021/2022 which saw over 1,200 lots sold across their master-planned estates, Moremac looks to grow into Financial Year 2023 as the developer steps interstate.

Of the estates currently selling Kingsfield has seen the most demand for land with 288 total land sales, followed by Kinbrook with 271 and Deanside Village with 254.

The Victorian based developers are pleased with their results over the last 12 months and feel well prepared to tackle the next year as work progresses with their latest purchase in Queensland.

In addition to the sales of lots, Moremac have settled on 968 in FY22.

The next financial year will see Moremac’s first foray into Queensland with a 116-hectare site located at 152-280 Grampian Drive, Deebing Heights, recently purchased in rapidly growing South East Queensland. 

The site will incorporate over 900 homes, a new local town centre, a future primary school, over 40 hectares of public green space, four parks, and an extensive bike and pedestrian network.
